If you are pregnant or have recently welcomed a new member into you family we understand this is a very important moment for you and your family. We are always here to help you with all your question and concerns.  During your hospital stay a pediatrician will examine your newborn and inform you if the baby needs any special care.  During this time please inform the hospital staff in Labor and Delivery that Starlight Pediatrics will be caring for your baby.

 

We recommend that all infants should be seen within 24-48 hours of discharge from the hospital. We will meet your baby when you schedule the first hospital follow-up appointment. Our pediatrician can provide ongoing new born and infant care and pediatric services throughout your child’s life.  To avoid delays at the time of your visit we encourage you to complete the New Patient Application Form before your visit, allowing us to do what we do best…..care for your child.
