MRI Center
MRI, magnetic resonance imaging, uses magnetic field and radio waves to generate images of various organs and tissues inyour body. MRI imaging requires sophisticated machinery so most physicians will refer you to an MRI scan center. Park Place Medical Imaging, PC is a NYC-based medical imaging center which provides the highest level of patient care. We strive to make the imaging process smooth and effortless and deliver the results as quickly as possible.
PRP Injection
PRP, or platelet rich plasma, injections use a part of the patient's own blood to treat a wide selection of musculoskeletal conditions, including joint, muscle, ligament, and tendon problems. The physician will collect the patient's blood, centrifuge it, and separate the platelets. These are then injected into the patient with or without ultrasound guidance. Most insurance companies support PRP injections, and many workers’ compensation plans also allow them.
Radiology
PPMI is a fully equipped, state-of-the-art radiology center. We offer many tests, including MRIs and MRI arthrograms. We collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the area, or you may also choose to contact us independently. Our experienced, licensed, and highly qualified technicians will review your medical history and focus on exactly what your doctor will need for proper treatment.
